Exciting Unboxing from Shoshi Reads!

Hey everyone! Yesterday I got really exciting mail from Shoshi @ Shoshi Reads, and I couldn’t help but share it with all of you! She was kind enough to send me not just one, but two extra signed bookmarks she had. She also included a little note and an unexpected business card that I couldn’t help but fangirl over. So, I thought that I would show you all what I got!

Two signed Wendy Higgins bookmarks:
This was the only thing that I knew was coming. Shoshi had extra bookmarks from past book festivals and offered me some. But, I was only expecting one. When I opened it and I saw two bookmarks, I was so excited! One of them features all of her books, while the other one is specifically for The Great Hunt. I have only read two books by Wendy, but I already know that she is going to be one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read the rest of the Sweet series and start The Great Hunt! Here are some pictures of the bookmarks! Yes, one of them is signed to Shoshi, but that is perfectly fine!

Jennifer L. Armentrout business card:
When I pulled this out of the envelope, I think I stopped breathing. Just kidding, I’m not like a Luxen who doesn’t have to breathe. But, most of you may already know that Jennifer L. Armentrout is my favorite author. One of the top things on my bucket list is to meet her and tell her how much her books and characters have inspired me. It’s a dream that I am hoping so accomplish soon. But sadly, authors don’t come to my city. When I’m able to travel to a book convention or festival, I will definitely be trying to meet JLA. I was so happy when I saw this in the envelope because I’ve been wanting some Jennifer L. Armentrout merch for a while. And although this is just a business card, and not merch, it still gives me all of the feels just looking at it. I don’t actually know what the turtle shape in the “e” or the flower on the “i” represent. But, Bambi’s in the “o” and Daemon’s famous pen even got an appearance. If you look closely, the pen has Daemon’s initials on it and looks to be writing out “Hey Kitten.” Check out some pics below!
