Hey Book Nerds! It’s Alaina (you probably already knew that), and I am back this week with another teaser. Usually my Tuesdays are pretty busy, but today has been a pretty great day of freedom and I managed to squeeze in some time for this post! WOO GO ME! But these posts are pretty simple to write. SO, I’m just going to stop rambling and get into the teaser:
When Bethany entered English class on Monday, she was one step away from full-on girl freak-out mode, especially when her eyes went straight to the desk behind her and latched onto Dawson.
Last night, he’d called and told her he’d explained everything to Daemon. Though he’d claimed everything went fine, the strain in his voice said otherwise.

SHORTEST TEASER EVER! You may recognize this book since it has been mentioned on my blog MANY times. Or maybe you’ve read it and loved it! But, this is my third time reading this book and I am absolutely loving it! I’m starting to think that I may like Dawson and Bethany’s love story even more than Daemon and Katy’s they are just so freaking adorable.
If you have never heard of this book, or are interested in reading it, here is the synopsis:
The last thing Dawson Black expected was Bethany Williams. As a Luxen, an alien life form on Earth, human girls are…well, fun. But since the Luxen have to keep their true identities a secret, falling for one would be insane.
Dangerous. Tempting. Undeniable.
Bethany can’t deny the immediate connection between her and Dawson. And even though boys aren’t a complication she wants, she can’t stay away from him. Still, whenever they lock eyes, she’s drawn in.
Captivated. Lured. Loved.
Dawson is keeping a secret that will change her existence…and put her life in jeopardy. But even he can’t stop risking everything for one human girl. Or from a fate that is as unavoidable as love itself.
THAT’S IT FOR TODAY! I hope you all enjoyed today’s teaser! Be sure to stay tuned for next Tuesday for another one! Don’t forget to like, comment, and follow for even more posts!
Happy Reading!
