MY THOUGHTS:

My  love for paranormal keeps growing with all of the fallen angel books I’ve read lately. It’s only February 3, of 2017 and out of the four books I’ve read so far this year, half of them have been paranormal. Wooo go me!

But, although this book didn’t blow me away like some of the others I’ve read this year, it was still a very entertaining novel. It had a lot of similarities to the novel I read before it, Hush, Hush, but was also super unique in its own way.

When I first started reading this book, I didn’t really know what I was getting myself into. I knew it followed a girl named Lucinda but, that was about it. Then I started reading the book and I got a little lost at first but, you kind of flow right into it after a while. I loved the concept of the novel, the religious elements, the history and all of the characters.

But, sadly I still don’t know how to pronounce one of the main character’s names. Lucinda is called “Luce” all throughout the novel but how the heck do you say that? Is it Luuuuuce or Luceeeeee? But all in all, I loved Luce and her terrifying life. It was so cool to read her background story and become introduced to her in this story!

And of course I can’t forget to mention Mr. Daniel Grigori. If anyone preferred Cam over Daniel, I don’t even know what you thought you were reading? Daniel had that whole bad boy vibe around him but was truly such a sweetheart. I also really loved Arriane. She was such a spunky, badass character and I really hope she is in the rest of the series!

I know this was a super short review but, that is all I have to say! I hope you enjoyed this review and possibly pick up the book in the future! Don’t forget to like, comment and follow!

Happy Reading!
